Why can't I book a meeting room?
There are times when we try to book a meeting room and we receive a message in red that does not allow us to proceed, and we do not understand why. But do not worry, we will tell you the errors that occur and how to solve them.
If you are trying to book a meeting room and you receive a message like the following:
You cannot request a reservation for a past date.
You need to consider the time you are booking the room because if it is currently 1:00 pm and you try, for example, at 11:00 am on the current day, you will receive the aforementioned message.

Another common error/message is the following:
We're sorry, we cannot process this request at this time. For more information, please contact us.: This resource is already reserved.
This is because if you see that you already had the same resource in your cart at the same time. To solve this, you should click on delete located below the amount in zero or click on Empty cart, with that you will be able to book again without any issues.
