What to do once you receive the welcome email from our platform?
Hello! In this guide, we will explain the necessary steps to register your mobile phone in the application that will allow you to open the corresponding doors and reserve meeting rooms.
Once you receive the welcome email, download the two necessary applications by clicking here (it is recommended to do it from your mobile phone). Next, register on Salto with the email you will receive in your inbox and register your mobile phone on Salto as a digital key.

Once the above steps are completed, you can use a single application, the Impact Hub Madrid app, to perform all functions, such as reserving rooms, opening the space and doors, viewing your invoices, history, team, etc.
Once your account is activated on Salto and the digital key is created, we can integrate the Salto app with our Impact Hub Madrid app. Here we explain how to make the integration to have everything set up:

Once downloaded and logged into them, we proceed to the next step:
1. We open the booking app and in our profile (bottom right icon) we go to My Activity:

2. Then in My Activity, we go to Integrations:

3. In Integrations, Salto will appear for connection, we click Connect:

4. We must log in with our access data to the portal:

5. Once this process is completed, Salto will be connected to our App:

6. We return to the home screen and the function will appear like this:

7. To open a door, we press and the following window appears indicating that we should bring our mobile phone close to the lock:

8. The door will open and the following message will appear indicating that Salto will open the door:

This new feature helps us centralize reservation management and room opening.
