How to re-authenticate in PPC with Windows and MacOS?

When sending a document to print and the printer indicates an authentication error, we need to re-authenticate with our credentials as follows:
1. Print any document and go to the print window to verify that it requires authentication, then click the reload icon.

2. A window will open for you to enter your credentials. The email remains the same, and the PIN is also the same but with the condition of adding three 000 before it:
Example: if your PIN is 12345, you enter it as 00012345.

Click accept, and you will be authenticated. When you go to the printer, the PIN to print will be the usual one, without the 000 in front.
Important: To print from the web, use the same credentials with the condition of adding the three 000 before.
Windows
1. Print any document to the selected printer; if you encounter an error, a window will open like this:

2. Enter your credentials. Remember to change the @ in the email to a period (.) and add three 000 before the PIN:

Click enter and print. When you go to the printer, the PIN to print will be the usual one, without the 000 in front.
Important: To print from the web, use the same credentials with the condition of adding the three 000 before.
